Ms. Kamerrer grew up in Olympia and graduated from Olympia High School in 1998. She earned a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound in Sociology, with a minor in Spanish. In 2005 she obtained a Juris Doctorate from the Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, she gained practical experience by working for a family law attorney, for a business and tax firm, and for the City of Auburn as a prosecution intern.

After law school, she continued gaining criminal law and trial experience as a prosecutor at the Thurston County Prosecutor's Office. She is currently the City of Shelton Prosecuting Attorney. Ms. Kamerrer is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Thurston County Bar Association. Ms. Kamerrer will be emphasizing practice in the areas of Criminal Law and Employment Law.
