Younglove Lyman & Coker provides comprehensive trust, estate planning and estate or trust administration (probate or nonprobate) services to clients with estates of all sizes. Our estate planning services range from preparation of simple wills, community property agreements, durable power of attorney documents and health care directives to sophisticated estate tax planning and preparation of complex trusts, wills and other estate planning documents.

We are knowledgeable and experienced in planning for and advising clients on the state and federal estate taxes, the federal generation-skipping transfer tax, the federal gift tax, federal income taxes and state property taxes.

We also advise clients on the Medicaid and COPES programs, and we are knowledgeable and experienced in developing and assisting clients in implementing plans to obtain financial assistance for long-term care needs.
